These terms apply to everthandis.com and to you while you're on it. The site is run by Everthandis, the operator of everthandis.com, referred to here as "we" or "us". Stay on the site and you're agreeing to them. We've kept them as plain as we could. If anything's unclear, email us before you carry on.

Adults only on this beach

Everthandis is meant only for adults aged 18 and over, so anyone younger needs to leave the site now. By confirming the age check, you tell us you're 18 or older.

You're responsible for making sure that visiting and using the site is allowed under the laws that apply where you are. We serve visitors in Australia and don't promise the site suits the rules anywhere else.

The huts in brief

Everthandis is a social casino where everything is free. It shows demo slots made by BGaming, each played inside a frame on its own page. The demo slots use demo credits only. There's no real money involved at any point, nothing can be purchased, and there are no prizes of any kind. There are no accounts, no logins and no balances held by us.

Three statements that apply to the whole site

• Everthandis and its demo slots are intended for an adult audience only, aged 18 and over.
• There's no real-money gambling at Everthandis, and no chance to win real money or prizes.
• Practice or success at social casino games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

Demo credits

The credits you see inside a game frame belong to BGaming's fun mode. They are demo credits with no monetary value. They reset when the frame or the page reloads.

Demo credits can't be transferred, sold, exchanged or cashed out, and they can't be bought. No purchase is ever required to use the site, and there is nothing on it to purchase. Any number shown inside a frame is a demo figure and nothing more.

Third-party games

Each demo slot is BGaming's own demo build. It is hosted and controlled by BGaming and loaded from BGaming's servers into a frame on our page. We don't modify the games.

BGaming's own terms may apply to what happens inside the frame. We don't control whether a demo is available, how it behaves, or whether BGaming changes or withdraws it. If a frame doesn't load, we'll look into it when you tell us, but we can't promise a fix that depends on BGaming.

The contact form

The form on the contact page is for questions about the site, demo slots that won't load, broken links and corrections to our notes. It sends your message by email through FormSubmit.

The form is not a login and does not create an account. It is not a payment channel, and nothing can be bought or paid for through it. It is also not a support service for gambling problems. If you need that kind of help, please use the independent services listed on our play it cool page.

Passwords, card details and ID documents should never go through the form, and we won't ask for them.

Using the site fairly

Please use Everthandis as an ordinary visitor would. You agree not to:

• try to interfere with the site, its hosting or the game frames, or overload them on purpose;
• copy large parts of the site to publish elsewhere as your own;
• use the contact form to send spam, abuse or anything unlawful;
• let anyone under 18 use the site through your device.

Who owns what

Game names, game artwork, sounds and all content inside the demo frames belong to BGaming or the other rights holders involved. We use the game names only to describe what's in each frame.

The text on Everthandis, the page layout and our SVG artwork, including the hut emblems, the wordmark and the wave drawings, belong to Everthandis. Feel free to link to any page. Please don't reuse our text or artwork without asking first.

Links to other websites

The only outside links on Everthandis go to independent help services in Australia and to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. We include them because they may be useful, not because we run them or speak for them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you're on their sites, and we aren't responsible for what they publish.

No warranty

The site and everything on it is provided as it is and as available. We try to keep the game notes accurate and the frames working, but we don't guarantee that the site will always be available, free of errors or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using or not being able to use the site, from the content of the third-party demo frames, or from relying on anything written here. Because the site is free and nothing on it has monetary value, there is nothing of value to lose through demo play.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.

Rewriting these terms

We may update these terms when the site changes. The date at the start of this page shows when they were last revised. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
