Privacy policy
Last updated 15 October 2026
This policy explains what information Everthandis, the operator of everthandis.com, handles when you visit. In a nutshell, we keep very little, and we'd rather keep less.
What we collect
We only hold three kinds of information:
- The name, email address and message you put into the contact form.
- Two small entries in your browser's localStorage, one for the age check and one for the cookie notice. These stay on your device and aren't sent to us. Both are named on the cookie page.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request and your browser type. The host keeps these to run and protect the service.
What we leave on the sand
Nobody has an account on Everthandis, so there are no profiles or account names for us to keep. We don't collect payment data, ID documents or passwords, and we never ask for them. We don't build profiles of visitors, and we don't track what you do inside the demo frames.
The contact form
You'll see three fields on the form: your name, the email you'd like a reply sent to, and your message. We use them only to write back to you.
FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) runs the form: it takes what you type and emails it to our mailbox. FormSubmit handles that data under its own privacy terms while passing it on.
Messages are deleted once they're 12 months old, if not before. We never sell them, share them for marketing or use them for advertising. To have it deleted sooner, send a note to [email protected] from the address you used, and it'll go.
Demo frames from BGaming
Each game page loads a demo slot from BGaming's demo server inside a frame. Once the frame loads, BGaming may set its own cookies or local storage inside it and may process technical data, such as your IP address and device details, under its own privacy policy. We don't see or control that data.
The frames only load after you confirm you're 18 or over, and only on the four game pages.
Analytics and ad trackers stay off the beach
Everthandis doesn't use analytics tools, advertising networks, tracking pixels or social media widgets. We don't count you, follow you or sell anything about you.
How we look after what we hold
Contact form messages sit in one mailbox that only Everthandis uses. We read them to answer you, and that's all they're for. We don't copy them into spreadsheets, mailing lists or any other system, and we don't pass them to anyone else unless the law requires it.
No method of sending or storing email is perfectly secure, so please keep messages to what we need to help: which hut, which page, what went wrong. Leave out anything sensitive about your health, finances or personal life. If you send something by mistake, tell us and we'll delete it.
Some of the services involved, such as FormSubmit and the hosting provider, may handle data on servers outside Australia. We only use them for the narrow jobs described on this page.
Your rights under Australian privacy law
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. In practice, that usually means a contact form message, so tell us roughly when you wrote and from which address.
We'll reply within a reasonable time. If you're not happy with how we've handled your request, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.
Under-18s
Everthandis is not for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from under-age visitors. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us a message, let us know and we'll delete it.
Policy updates
If the way we handle information changes, we'll update this page and the date at the start of it. Before we collect anything new, this page will say so.
